Sarah Law is a multi-instrumentalist and sound recordist, and now one of our team of amazing Resonate volunteers! 🌳 🌾 🦌 🦢 🍃 🌺 🐝

Sarah joined the Paragon family in 2015, at the very first workshop of our flagship programme in Dumfries and Galloway, Resonate. She now develops her own music as a GROOVE artist and has performed live throughout the region. Sarah has also received commissions including from Dumfries and Galloway Arts Festival to produce the beautiful Calm Over Caerlaverock and Estuary, collaborations with fellow GROOVE artist, Lewis Shaw.

She became a Resonate volunteer in 2023 and shares responsibilities for setting up the musical kit, encouraging and supporting practitioners and participants, and providing musical back up, usually on her main instrument, the glockenspiel.

Sarah’s mum, Jacqui says:

“'Sarah’s journey with Paragon changed her life: She became a musician. Resonate has allowed her to achieve something which makes her incredibly proud. She is now part of the Paragon team, a respected volunteer who gets to support other young adults to become musicians and performers. She is proud of herself and wants to continue with the Resonate team, helping others to achieve what she has because she knows they can.'”
