On Wednesday 22 January, M3 performed a brand new version of Statues of Strength at GoDance25, Scotland's festival of Community Dance at Theatre Royal Glasgow 🪨🪐🔮

Developed collaboratively by the group with the guidance of M3 Creative Lead, Alex McCabe, Statues of Strength is a vibrant, energising piece of new dance and music reflecting their personal passions, tragedies and joys. 

We move through time, sometimes gracefully, sometimes with fire in our hearts, and sometimes motionless like statues…

The piece was beautifully scored, with a haunting soundscape developed for piano, harmonium and voice by Paragon musicians Dawn Coulshed and Gill Higgins ✨
