A Celebration of Paragon

To mark our 46th year, we’re staging a festival of fun, participatory activity across our two main hubs, Dumfries and Glasgow.

From music and movement workshops, to pop- up performances and social gatherings - each festival day will explore a different part of what makes Paragon so special!

There’s no right or wrong way to take part, just come as you are - this is your space to move, make noise, make friends and feel good together - open to all ages and abilities.

Jam46 is kindly supported as part of Glasgow's Commonwealth Games 2026 celebrations!
